Volunteers
Aside from our Manager, the Seed Bank is run by a team of volunteers.
Volunteers assist in the cleaning of seed, batching seed lots, making up orders and collecting seed. We are busiest over summer and early autumn when most of the seed is collected and cleaned.
New volunteers are welcome with no experience necessary. Contact the Seed Bank if you are interested in assisting in any way.
Become a Collector
Seed is purchased by the Seed Bank from contracted collectors who supply cleaned seed as required. Collectors must have the appropriate permits for collection. Seed must be identified, dated and have the location of collection listed.
If you’re interested in supplying seed to the Seed Bank, please contact us for more information.
